../Oolong tea/Fancy Butterfly
Replaced by article 333 Oriental Beauty
A long, slightly twisted Taiwanese masterpiece that succeeds in the balancing act of being heavily oxidized, while, at the same time maintaining a clean, fresh and soft character. Most likely, this depends to some extent on all the mild buds in the tea. It is very well-balanced and surprisingly pure and light in flavour, but with complex tones of berries, raisins, nuts and tobacco. Fantastic with food, with cheeses, especially with mouldy cheeses, and is suited to most dishes. Also, a perfect thirst quencher. It can be drunk hot or luke-warm, or as an iced tea.
