Sencha H2O - Kakegawa
Sencha is by far the most popular tea in Japan. There are many variants of Sencha, of which one of the most popular is Yabukita.
The name literally means brewed, or boiled, tea, which may be supposed to refer to how the tea is prepared from dry tea leaves. This should be contrasted with, for example, Matcha, where you mix grinded leaves into hot water, and thereby consume them in their entirety.
Another reason for its popularity may be that Sencha is not one of the finer teas, and is regarded more as an "everyday" tea than more exclusive teas like Gyokuro.
